Role summary

ViaQuest Day & Employment Services is seeking a Program Manager to oversee services for individuals with developmental disabilities in their Day Program. Responsibilities include managing support systems, personnel, service delivery coordination, hiring, training, employee retention, and developing behavior support plans. A minimum of two years of human services experience is required. A four-year degree in social or human services and management/supervisory experience are preferred. This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary and benefits package.

Responsibilities may include: 
  • Managing the overall system of supports and services provided to the individuals served at our Day Program. 
  • Personnel management and coordination of service delivery. 
  • Hiring, training and retaining quality employees. 
  • Participating in the development of behavior support plans for individuals served. 
  • Ensuring all PAWS are accurate and complete.
Requirements for this position include: 
  • Four-year degree in social or human services or a related field is preferred. 
  • A minimum of two years of experience in human services. 
  • Management or supervisory experience is preferred.
