ViaQuest Residential Services is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee support and services for individuals with developmental disabilities in their homes. This full-time role involves personnel management, coordination of service delivery, ensuring effective team communication, and financial oversight of the program. The position requires a four-year degree in social services or a related field, previous supervisory/management experience, and at least four years of human services experience.   • Management of the overall system of supports and services provided to individuals served. 
  • Personnel management and coordination of service delivery. 
  • Ensure individuals' service teams are operating and communicating effectively. 
  • Financial oversight of program.

Requirements for this position include: 
  • Four-year degree in social services or a related field. 
  • Previous supervisory/management experience. 
  • At least four years of human services experience.
