Role summary

VitalCaring is seeking compassionate and reliable Personal Care Assistants (PCAs) for private duty home health in Willis. This role involves providing one-on-one support to adult patients, assisting with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), offering companionship, ensuring safety, and supporting errands. The ideal candidate is dependable, patient-focused, comfortable with basic technology, and motivated by helping others. Experience in caregiving and with ADLs is preferred.

What You’ll Do

Provide companionship, safety, and support

Assist with Activities of Daily Living (bathing, dressing, meals, light housekeeping, toileting, transfers)

Support errands/appointments as needed

Observe and report changes in condition

Help patients remain safe and independent at home

Preferred Experience

1+ year caregiving in home health, hospital, assisted living, or similar

ADL experience (bathing, dressing, meals, transfers, etc.)

Experience with Hoyer lift or sliding board
