Role summary

Vixxo is seeking a full-time Equipment Technician to perform reactive and preventative maintenance on commercial espresso, coffee brewing, coffee grinding, and water systems in the Edmonton, Canada area. The role requires a creative problem solver with strong communication skills and at least 1 year of customer-facing experience. Responsibilities include repairing equipment, managing customer relationships, meeting SLAs, and completing accurate documentation. Candidates must be proficient with smartphones, possess a valid driver's license with a clean record, and be able to lift 50 lbs. Compensation ranges from $23-$29 per hour, with a $1500 signing bonus and quarterly performance bonuses.

Vixxo is hiring a full-time Equipment Technician to service the Edmonton, Canada, area and its surrounding regions. Compensation ranges from $23 per hour to $29 per hour, depending on experience.

THE ROLE:

    • TOP 3 RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Repair commercial espresso, coffee brewing, coffee grinding, and water systems throughout an assigned territory.
  • Own relationships with your customers and inspire customer loyalty by providing professional and reliable services that adhere to all safety rules
  • Meet Service Level Agreement (SLA) requirements required by customers, which include conducting thorough inspections, performing timely maintenance on equipment correctly the first time, and completing descriptive and accurate paperwork.

    • QUALIFICATIONS:

  • People enjoy working with their hands and tinkering with anything electrical or mechanical.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing or customer-service role
  • Must like coffee: Tasting is the final step in all repairs
  • Smartphone proficient in inventory, manage scheduling, and other tasks
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs. without assistance
