Voda Cleaning & Restoration is seeking a dependable and hardworking Carpet Cleaning & Restoration Technician to join their team. This role involves performing professional carpet, upholstery, and floor cleaning, assisting with water mitigation and restoration projects, and operating specialized equipment. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service and communication skills, be comfortable with physical work and using mobile devices for documentation, and possess a willingness to learn. While prior restoration experience is not required, a background in hands-on service roles is a plus. No restoration experience? That's okay. We’re looking for someone who is dependable, hardworking, great with customers, and ready to learn. We’ll help teach you the technical skills.

What You’ll Do

Perform professional carpet, upholstery, and floor cleaning.
Assist with water mitigation and restoration projects.
Operate and maintain professional cleaning and restoration equipment.
Communicate professionally with customers.
Complete job photos, notes, and documentation using a mobile device.
Keep equipment, vehicles, and work areas clean and organized.
Learn additional restoration services and industry skills.
Work as part of a team to deliver an excellent customer experience.

What We’re Looking For

Dependable with a strong work ethic.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Comfortable with hands-on, physical work.
Strong communication and customer-service skills.
Comfortable using a smartphone or tablet.
High school diploma or GED.
Valid driver's license and ability to meet company driving requirements.

Experience in carpet cleaning, construction, maintenance, moving, delivery, landscaping, flooring, HVAC, plumbing, warehouse work, or other hands-on service roles is a plus—but not required.
