Role summary

Weinstein Properties is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and self-motivated Housekeeper for their apartment community in Fort Worth, TX. This full-time, onsite role involves maintaining clean, beautiful, and welcoming common areas, offices, clubhouses, amenities, and vacant/model units. The position requires a strong work ethic, independence, initiative, and the ability to work well with maintenance and leasing teams. The role is physically demanding, requiring prolonged standing and walking. Competitive hourly pay starts at $17/hour, with eligibility for quarterly bonuses, a $1000 stay-on bonus after 90 days, and benefits including a rent discount, paid holidays, vacation, sick time, health insurance, and 401k match.

Housekeeper Pay: Hourly rates are competitive (starting at $17/hour) + Quarterly Bonuses

Housekeeper Bonus*: Currently Housekeepers are eligible for a $1000 stay on bonus after 90 days and in good standing. Stay with us, be awesome and you get this great bonus!

Housekeeper Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm

    • Things Candidates Should Know Before Starting

  • You will get dirty: Tasks include cleaning common areas, offices, clubhouse, amenities, clean and stock coffee station, cleaning vacant and model units and completing freshens in the model and vacant ready homes, and other potentially unpleasant (but necessary) duties.
  • Repetition is part of the job: Many tasks (like cleaning the clubhouse) are daily, recurring responsibilities.
  • This is a busy and physically demanding role:. This position requires prolonged periods of standing and walking while performing tasks. The person in this position must be able to complete all physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.
