Role summary
Wiehler Mechanical is seeking 2nd to 4th year Commercial Sheet Metal Apprentices to join their growing team in Calgary. This role involves installing HVAC systems in commercial buildings under experienced Journeypersons, working from blueprints, fabricating sheet metal, and testing systems. The position offers competitive pay ($26.00–$36.00/hour), health and dental benefits, RRSP matching, and a Monday-Friday schedule. Candidates must be registered apprentices with experience in commercial sheet metal or HVAC ductwork installation, possess knowledge of fabrication and ventilation, be comfortable working at heights and in confined spaces, and have a valid driver's license. Fall arrest, scissor lift, and first aid certifications are a plus.
Commercial Sheet Metal Apprentice (2nd–4th Year)
Earn up to $36.00 per hour! You’ll also get health and dental benefits, a matching RRSP, a tool program, and a Monday–Friday schedule that wraps up by 3:30 PM.
