Role summary

The Branch Manager is responsible for the overall performance of the branch, including sales, collections, and team development. This role leads a small team, drives daily execution, and ensures results are consistently met. You will coach your team, hold coworkers accountable, and handle customer conversations related to payments when needed. The ideal candidate is comfortable leading a team, addressing performance directly, operating in a metric-driven environment, and managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting. Compensation includes hourly pay plus bonus potential, health benefits, 401k, and paid time off. Minimum requirements include a High School Diploma, ability to work scheduled hours (including Saturdays), and a valid Driver's License.

  • $24.00 - $26.00/hr.

    • Minimum Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work scheduled hours, including Saturdays
  • Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
  • Successful completion of pre-employment screening
