Role summary

Work Right NW is seeking a part-time Certified Athletic Trainer for an industrial setting. This role focuses on helping workers stay healthy and safe by providing on-the-job care, evaluating injury risks using computer vision tools, scheduling preventative and early intervention appointments, and rehabilitating non-work-related injuries. The trainer will partner with safety professionals and ergonomists to develop wellness programs and leverage data analytics to assess injuries and implement solutions. The ideal candidate is compassionate, proactive, self-motivated, and possesses expertise in evidence-based clinical practices for orthopedic or sports-related injuries. CPR/First Aid certification is preferred.

Work Right is growing! We’re looking for a part time driven, compassionate, and proactive Certified Athletic Trainer to join our team in an industrial setting, where you’ll make a direct impact helping workers stay healthy, safe, and injury-free on the job.

Pay, Shift & Location: $39.00 per hour

Schedule: 12 Hours per Week

Two flexible scheduling options are available:

Option 1: Early Morning Shifts — 5:00 AM–9:00 AM, three days per week.

Option 2: Afternoon Shifts — Three days per week with the following schedule:

1:00 PM–5:00 PM

12:00 PM–4:00 PM

Flexible scheduling: Preferred days of coverage and scheduling arrangements will be discussed during the interview to determine the best fit for both the candidate and the team.

As a Certified Athletic Trainer, you will:

Deliver on-the-job care and evaluate injury risks using computer vision tools

Schedule and conduct preventative and early intervention appointments

Rehabilitate non-work-related injuries

Partner with safety professionals & ergonomists to develop wellness programs

Leverage data analytics to assess injuries and implement effective solutions

Collaborate on innovative programs to improve overall worker health

Ability to quickly understand client requirements and adapt to diverse work environments

Self-motivation and efficiency, even without direct supervision

Expertise in evidence-based clinical practices for evaluating, providing first aid, and treating orthopedic or sports-related injuries
