DevOps Engineer
Role summary
Zepp Health is seeking a DevOps Engineer to monitor and maintain cloud infrastructure and servers, perform system backups and updates, and respond to developer support requests. The role involves assisting with AWS/Azure/GCP resource management, maintaining Docker containers and Kubernetes workloads, and supporting CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins or GitLab CI. A minimum of 3 years of experience in IT operations, system administration, or DevOps support is necessary. Experience in a North American environment is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and maintain existing cloud infrastructure and Linux/Windows servers
- Perform routine system backups, updates, and health checks
- Respond to developer support requests and basic troubleshooting
- Maintain documentation for systems and procedures
- Assist with AWS/Azure/GCP resource management (basic operations)
- Maintain Docker containers and basic Kubernetes workloads
- Support Jenkins/GitLab CI pipeline operations (no complex modifications required)
- Manage account application for various external systems, for example Claude, ChatGPT
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in IT operations, system administration, or DevOps support
- Experience with Linux/Windows server administration
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Experience using CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, etc.)
- Basic understanding of Docker or containerization concepts
- Basic scripting ability (Bash, Python, or similar)
- Basic networking and security concepts
- Experience working in a North American environment is preferred
