Role summary

A creative agency is seeking a talented Account Supervisor to join their client services team. This role involves managing and executing integrated marketing campaigns with a focus on digital and traditional channels. The Account Supervisor will be the primary client contact, responsible for building relationships, collaborating with agency partners, developing creative briefs, and overseeing account administration and project timelines. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of advertising experience, a thorough understanding of production processes, and strong organizational and relationship-building skills.

Who We’re Looking For:

We are looking to bring on a talented Account Supervisor to join our client services team. If you thrive in delivering client service excellence in a creative agency environment, consider this opportunity below. More specifically, you will:

  • Manage and execute fully integrated campaigns with a balance between digital/interactive marketing focus and traditional above the line
  • Be the key day-to-day point of contact for clients, while developing trusting, professional, and respectful relationships
  • Collaborate with agency partners
  • Write and deliver briefs to creative teams
  • Schedule and participate in internal creative reviews
  • Build decks and work with the Account Director / Business Group Director to set up the strategy for client creative presentations
  • Oversee account administration, such as creating estimates and issuing P.O.s, traffic instructions, copy decks, contact reports, BCR’s
  • Oversee the creation and maintenance of work-back schedules
  • Develop weekly status report and lead the weekly status meetings across multiple agency partners

    • Qualifications and Experience:

  • 3+ years of experience in advertising
  • Thorough understanding of various production process (broadcast, digital, print) and ability to both personally deliver and oversee production of various elements and work with appropriate production vendors/partners/studios
  • An amazing relationship builder
  • Incredibly well organized, collaborative, receptive to change, laser focused on detail

    • Compensation for this role ranges from $70,000 to $80,000 CAD, depending on experience.
