1-800-GOT-JUNK? is seeking Truck Team Members for their Langford, BC crew. This role involves general labor, customer service, and driving, with responsibilities including removing unwanted items from homes and businesses, lifting up to 50 lbs, and providing professional service. The position offers competitive compensation ($18.50 base + tips and profit share, up to $25-$30/hr total), flexible full-time and part-time schedules with compressed 4-day workweeks available, and opportunities for career progression in logistics, leadership, sales, and customer service. A valid Class 5 driver's license with a clean record and the ability to lift 50 lbs are required. Previous experience in general labor, customer service, sales, or driving is a bonus.
