1-800-GOT-JUNK? is seeking an outgoing and dependable Customer Service and Sales Team Member for their Palm Beach location. This full-time, onsite role involves providing exceptional customer experiences, explaining services and pricing, identifying sales opportunities, and removing unwanted items. The position offers a competitive hourly pay range of $23-$30+, with opportunities for overtime, advancement, and profit sharing. Ideal candidates have experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales, possess strong communication skills, are reliable, team-oriented, and able to lift 50+ lbs. A valid driver's license and being 21+ years old are required.

What You Will Do:

Provide an exceptional customer experience

Interact with customers and explain services/pricing

Identify opportunities to increase sales

Load and remove unwanted items from homes and businesses

Work alongside a fun, hardworking team

Represent the 1-800-GOT-JUNK? brand professionally

What We Are Looking For:

Customer service, sales, retail, restaurant, or hospitality experience preferred
