Role summary

3 Day Blinds is seeking motivated Sales Representatives (Design Consultants) to meet clients in their homes, design custom window treatments, and close sales in a single visit. This role offers uncapped earning potential, company-provided appointments, and comprehensive paid training. Responsibilities include understanding client needs, creating design solutions, managing schedules, and building business through referrals. Ideal candidates are people-oriented, performance-driven, organized, and comfortable working independently in the field with reliable transportation. Prior sales or design experience is not required, as extensive training is provided. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, and paid time off.

You'll meet clients in their homes, help them design beautiful, custom window treatments, and guide them to a confident buying decision, all in a single visit. With company-provided appointments, four weeks of paid training, and uncapped earning potential, you'll have everything you need to build a high-impact career from day one.

What You’ll Do

  • Meet with clients in their homes to understand their needs and recommend the right custom window treatments for every space• Create simple, beautiful design solutions tailored to each client's style and budget• Guide clients through the buying process and confidently close sales in the home• Manage your own schedule, appointments, and follow-ups• Build additional business through referrals and local networking• Deliver an exceptional experience from first visit to final installation

  • A natural people person who enjoys building relationships and helping others make decisions they feel great about• Motivated by performance and excited by uncapped earning potential• Confident, coachable, and comfortable working independently in the field• Organized and able to manage multiple appointments across the week• Flexible to work at least one weekend day• Reliable transportation and comfortable traveling locally — your territory is your office
