42 North Dental is seeking a Dental Hygienist to join their supportive, team-oriented environment. The role involves delivering exceptional preventive care, creating a positive patient experience, and educating patients on oral health. Responsibilities include adhering to clinical protocols, performing assessments and procedures, assisting other dental professionals, and maintaining accurate patient records. The position offers a guaranteed hourly rate with potential to exceed base, consistent patient flow, and benefits such as free mental health support, medical, dental, vision, HSA, gym reimbursement, 401(k) with guidance, and free CE. A dental hygiene degree and active state license are required, along with a patient-first mindset.
