Residential Program Manager
Role summary
The Residential Program Manager oversees daily operations within a residential facility, ensuring effective program implementation and staff supervision. This role requires a minimum of 1 year of full-time residential or related supervisory experience, along with essential certifications like CPR and Medication Certification. The manager must possess strong communication skills to effectively engage with program participants and maintain facility and resident records. Responsibilities include ensuring physical readiness for emergency procedures and safe operation of agency vehicles. This is a full-time position offering comprehensive benefits.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of full-time residential or related supervisory experience.
- CPR and Medication Certification (or ability to obtain/maintain).
- Physically able to perform CPR, Heimlich maneuver, and lift up to 50 lbs
- Valid driver’s license and ability to operate agency vehicles safely.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with program participants.
- Proficient in staff supervision, program implementation, and maintaining facility and resident records.
