Role summary

Adams Homes is seeking a Closing Coordinator in Cumming, Georgia, to facilitate the home closing process for customers. This role involves managing sales contracts, maintaining sales reports, communicating with various stakeholders including lenders, sales teams, and buyers, and preparing closing packages. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and be a coachable team player, contributing to Adams Homes' 35-year legacy of providing quality, affordable homes.

We’re seeking a Closing Coordinator to join our team in Cumming, Georgia. Our Closing Coordinator helps place our customers into their dream homes.

Job Responsibilities

Coordinate sales contracts and addendums
Maintain necessary sales reports and records
Communicate daily with lenders, sales team, home buyers, and managers
Maintain proposed change orders, correspondence, and similar record logs as needed
Obtain and distribute expected closing dates from Construction management; Update stages of completion and actual closing dates to sales staff
Prepare closing packages
Set up closings and coordinate home orientations with home buyers
