Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's Degree in any field and have extensive experience in mobile application development. You should have a minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience developing native iOS applications using Swift and SwiftUI, along with a solid background in application design, technical architecture, and full-cycle development. Demonstrated experience in leading and mentoring junior to senior developers, as well as guiding technical and business stakeholders, is essential. A strong understanding of agile methodologies, cloud services like AWS, and open source frameworks will be advantageous.
Responsibilities
- Own and lead the delivery of major components and platform requirements in collaboration with senior engineers and architectural teams to ensure scalable and robust solutions.
- Participate actively throughout the entire software development lifecycle, from planning and design to testing, deployment, and support.
- Enhance and promote best practices in software engineering within agile teams, focusing on designing, developing, testing, and implementing innovative technical solutions across various development tools and platforms.
- Provide technical expertise on how emerging technologies influence our domain, ensuring our products remain cutting-edge and competitive.
- Mentor and guide junior, intermediate, and senior mobile engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
