About The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Staff iOS Engineer to join our dynamic software studio in Toronto. In this leadership role, you will be responsible for motivating, managing, and inspiring a team of talented software engineers to develop innovative mobile applications that enhance our customer experience. You will participate actively in hands-on development, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and secure iOS applications. Your expertise will help shape the future of our mobile platforms, contributing to features that empower users to take control of their credit and personal financial management.
Our team focuses on creating impactful products such as Credit Keeper, which allows customers to view and monitor their credit scores, and Quick Check, which provides pre-approval certainty for credit card applications. We are committed to adopting cutting-edge technologies, including cloud services, open source frameworks, RESTful APIs, microservices, and containerization, to accelerate product delivery and improve customer satisfaction. As part of our innovative environment, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, test, and deploy solutions that make a real difference in people's financial lives.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead technical initiatives, mentor junior engineers, and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. If you are passionate about mobile development and eager to make a meaningful impact through technology, we invite you to join us in our journey to redefine banking for good.
