Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background and extensive experience in iOS development. A bachelor’s degree in any field is required, along with a minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience in developing native iOS applications using Swift and SwiftUI. You should have a comprehensive understanding of application design, technical architecture, and full-stack development processes. Proven experience in leading and mentoring junior and intermediate team members, as well as collaborating effectively with business stakeholders, is essential. Responsibilities
- Own and lead the delivery of major components and platform needs in collaboration with senior engineers and architects, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical standards.
- Participate actively in the entire software development lifecycle, from planning and design to testing and deployment, within a dynamic mobile team environment.
- Enhance software engineering practices by advocating agile methodologies, designing, developing, testing, and supporting technical solutions across various development tools and technologies.
- Provide technical expertise on how emerging technologies impact the domain, and incorporate best practices to improve system performance and scalability.
- Mentor junior, intermediate, and senior mobile engineers, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, set priorities, and deliver high-quality mobile applications that meet user needs.
