Role summary
Agiloft, a leader in data-first contract lifecycle management (CLM) software, is seeking a Senior Integration Engineer. This role focuses on building and productizing integrations between Agiloft's platform and strategic ISV partners. Responsibilities include designing, building, testing, and operating integrations using Workato and modern APIs. The engineer will also collaborate with Alliances, Product, Engineering, and Solution Consulting teams to ensure sound technical commitments. The ideal candidate will have experience with API integration, system integration, software development, testing, productization, and technical design, with a preference for experience with the Agiloft platform.
Top analysts like Gartner, Forrester, and IDC agree, all showing Agiloft as a leader in the CLM space. Our no code platform is easily managed and administered by business users, which is why Agiloft is the contract you keep: nearly a full 100% of new customers are satisfied with their initial implementations, and some 97% of customers renew every year. Ours is a growing, vibrant, successful company that is at the forefront of a market that is becoming a must-have for all organizations.
We believe that the way to build the strongest, most vibrant place to work is to bring in individuals from all walks of life, and to support them in bringing their authentic selves to their day, every day. Our working philosophy is that “EX = CX”: when employee experience is excellent, so is customer experience. We support multiple Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), and offer a working environment that supports healthy work/life balance, including floating holidays and a quarterly, no-questions-asked wellness day.
Position Overview
We are hiring a Senior Product Integration Engineer to build and productize integrations between Agiloft and strategic ISV partners. This is a hands-on, hybrid role that spans product management and product delivery disciplines, with regular ISV partner interaction. You will spend most of your time designing, building, testing, and operating integrations in Workato and through modern APIs. You will also help Alliances, Product and Engineering, and Solution Consulting make sound technical commitments, build demos, define use cases, and deliver working solutions.
The right candidate combines depth in IpaaS integrations with the judgment to work through ambiguity, communicate directly with partner engineers, product, partnerships, and ISV partners to create solutions that can build excitement, and turn into functional product integrations. You will be expected to work in an AI-native way, using AI coding and agent tools throughout the development lifecycle while independently validating security, correctness, and maintainability.Job Responsibilities
