Airborne ABA is seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join their growing team in Springfield, Colorado. This part-time role involves working directly with children with autism and developmental needs, implementing behavior intervention plans under BCBA guidance, and supporting skill-building and positive behavior change. The company offers competitive pay ($20-$30/hour), paid training, RBT certification support, ongoing supervision, and a supportive team culture. A passion for working with children, strong communication, teamwork, and reliability are key. Prior ABA or childcare experience is a plus but not required.

We are excited to announce a new opportunity to serve families in Springfield, Colorado and we’re looking for compassionate, dedicated individuals to join our team as Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).

    What You’ll Do:

  • Work directly with children with autism and developmental needs.
  • Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
  • Support skill-building, positive behavior change, and independence.
  • Collaborate with families, schools, and our clinical team to make a lasting impact.
