Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

  • Rocky Ford & La Junta: Full-time
  • Manzanola: Part-time

    • Pay: $20–$35/hour

    Airborne ABA is a fast-growing ABA therapy provider dedicated to helping children thrive at home, in school, and in the community. We are excited to announce a new opportunity to serve families in Rocky Ford / La Junta / Manzanola, Colorado and we’re looking for compassionate, dedicated individuals to join our team as Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).

    What You’ll Do:

  • Work directly with children with autism and developmental needs.
  • Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
  • Support skill-building, positive behavior change, and independence.
  • Collaborate with families, schools, and our clinical team to make a lasting impact.

  • ABA or childcare experience a plus (not required — we provide training!)
