Airborne ABA is seeking compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) for full-time, onsite positions in La Junta / Rocky Ford, Colorado. The role involves working directly with children with autism and developmental needs, implementing behavior intervention plans under BCBA guidance, and supporting skill-building and positive behavior change. The company offers competitive pay ($20-$35/hour), paid training, RBT certification support, and ongoing supervision. Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – Full-Time

Pay: $20-$35/hour

Airborne ABA is a fast-growing ABA therapy provider dedicated to helping children thrive at home, in school, and in the community. We are excited to announce a new opportunity to serve families in La Junta / Rocky Ford, Colorado and we’re looking for compassionate, dedicated individuals to join our team as Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).

What You’ll Do:

  • Work directly with children with autism and developmental needs.
  • Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
  • Support skill-building, positive behavior change, and independence.
  • Collaborate with families, schools, and our clinical team to make a lasting impact.
