Role summary

Airborne ABA is seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join their growing team in Lamar, Colorado. This part-time role involves working directly with children with autism and developmental needs, implementing behavior intervention plans under BCBA guidance, and supporting skill-building. The position offers competitive pay ($20-$32/hour), paid training, RBT certification support, and ongoing supervision. Collaboration with families, schools, and the clinical team is key to making a lasting impact. A passion for working with children, strong communication, teamwork, reliability, and consistency are desired. Prior ABA or childcare experience is a plus but not required.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – Part-Time

Pay: $20–$32/hour

Airborne ABA is a fast-growing ABA therapy provider dedicated to helping children thrive at home, in school, and in the community. We are excited to announce a new opportunity to serve families in Lamar, Colorado and we’re looking for compassionate, dedicated individuals to join our team as Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).

What You’ll Do:

  • Work directly with children with autism and developmental needs.
  • Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
  • Support skill-building, positive behavior change, and independence.
  • Collaborate with families, schools, and our clinical team to make a lasting impact.
