This full-time, year-round position offers competitive pay ($60,000 - $100,000+ plus commission), a sign-on bonus up to $5000, and multiple shift options. Responsibilities

Troubleshoot, service, and repair residential HVAC systems with the support of full training, professional tools, and a strong leadership network.

Qualifications

What You Need:

2 years of residential HVAC experience
EPA certification (or ability to obtain)
Valid driver’s license & clean driving record
Must pass background and drug screening
Ability to enter attics, crawlspaces, and lifting heavy equipment
