Role summary

This Program Manager position is contingent on contract award, expected to begin in July 2026. The role requires a strong technical and operational background in DCOPS, DevSecOps environments, Enterprise VDI/end-user computing, and RMF/ATO lifecycle management. The primary location is Charleston, SC. The Program Manager will have overall program authority, serve as the government interface, and provide execution control across all domains for a large, cloud-based Health IT program for the DHA. Required qualifications include 15+ years of total experience, with at least 10 years managing large-scale DoD IT programs ($50M+ preferred), experience managing CPFF contracts and multi-partner teams, and an active Secret clearance. PMP certification is required, and ITIL v3/v4 is preferred. Direct experience supporting DHA, VA, or similar healthcare environments is strongly preferred.

Salary: Limited by government contracting regulations, commensurate with experience
