General Manager – BODYBAR Pilates West Cobb

Full Time • The Avenue West Cobb, Marietta, GA • Path to Area Manager

Compensation: $57,000 base + $250/month health stipend + quarterly performance bonus (up to $75,000 total). Grows to up to $100,000 total as Area Manager over our second studio.

Run a Studio Like You Own It

We're looking for an operator: someone who can lead a team, own the results, and run a studio like it's theirs. You'll be the person the team looks to, the face members know, and the reason things get done.

This isn't a desk job. You'll lead from the front: on the floor, on the phone, and in the community.

What You'll Own

After brand training, this studio is yours to run:

• Your Team: Hiring, scheduling, coaching, and letting go when needed. You'll build and develop sales associates and instructors.
• Sales Leadership: You lead by example. You'll cover solo midday shifts handling calls, walk-ins, and selling memberships, and you'll coach your team to do the same.
• Studio Results: Membership growth, retention, and studio performance targets.
• Member Experience: Know your members across every class time (early, late, and weekend) and build a studio people love coming back to.
• Community & Brand: Social media, events, partnerships, and local engagement.
• Planning & Recruiting: You think ahead, set priorities, keep a pipeline of talent, and follow through.

Your Growth Path

We're working toward a second studio in Kennesaw. The right person will step into an Area Manager role overseeing both studios, with total compensation of up to $100,000.

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years managing a team in fitness, hospitality, restaurants, or retail
• A track record of hiring, developing, and holding people accountable
• Confident selling face-to-face and on the phone. You'll close memberships yourself, not just manage people who do.
• Comfortable with numbers, targets, and running a business day-to-day
• Availability for early mornings, evenings, and weekends, with reasonable flexibility in your own schedule
• Pilates experience is a bonus, not a requirement. We'll train you on the brand.
