Role summary
Boyd Gaming is seeking an on-call Dining Room Runner for William B's. This role involves carrying bus tubs (up to 40 lbs), sweeping floors, preparing stock requisitions, and replenishing supplies like napkins, flatware, and condiments. Candidates must be able to lift and carry up to 40 pounds, stand and walk for the duration of their shift, possess excellent customer service and communication skills, and be able to obtain necessary licenses/certifications. All information will be kept confidential.
Carry bus tubs to kitchen. Sweep floors. Prepare written requisitions and orders kitchen stock. Maintain and replenish supplies for bus persons, such as napkins, flatware, and condiments
- Carry bus tubs (approximately 40 pounds maximum weight).
- Sweep floors, push cart through restaurant.
- Prepare written requisitions and orders kitchen stock.
- Maintain and replenish supplies for bus persons; i.e., napkins, silverware, condiments.
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 40 pounds.
- Must be able to stand and walk for duration of shift.
- Must have excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary licenses and/or certifications
