Role summary
Boyd Gaming is seeking a Dining Room Runner to join their casino operations team. This role involves carrying bus tubs (up to 40 pounds), sweeping floors, and managing restaurant supplies like napkins and silverware. The ideal candidate must be able to stand and walk for extended periods, possess excellent customer service and communication skills, and be able to obtain necessary licenses or certifications. This is a full-time, onsite position within the hospitality industry.
- Carry bus tubs (approximately 40 pounds maximum weight).
- Sweep floors, push cart through restaurant.
- Prepare written requisitions and orders kitchen stock.
- Maintain and replenish supplies for bus persons; i.e., napkins, silverware, condiments.
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 40 pounds.
- Must be able to stand and walk for duration of shift.
- Must have excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary licenses and/or certifications.
