Role summary

Cadence is seeking a Clinical Recruiter to manage the full recruitment lifecycle for their Clinical Navigator team and other health roles. This remote position involves partnering with clinical operations leaders to build talent pipelines, utilizing Greenhouse ATS and AI-assisted sourcing tools. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in healthcare or patient-facing recruiting, with hands-on ATS management, strong sourcing skills (LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search), and experience collaborating with hiring managers on interview processes. Experience with AI productivity tools and high-volume recruiting is a plus. The role emphasizes data analysis to improve hiring efficiency and quality.

The Role

We're hiring a Clinical Recruiter to own full-cycle recruiting for Cadence's Clinical Navigator team, the Outbound sales team, and other Health roles. This role partners directly with clinical operations, sales, and health leaders to build pipelines of clinical talent, including navigators who support patients between visits, as Cadence scales its patient population across health system partnerships. You'll run the recruiting process end to end in Greenhouse, combining high-volume hiring with proactive sourcing and AI-assisted tools to move faster without losing rigor.

What You'll Do

Own full-cycle recruiting for Clinical Navigators and other Health roles, from requisition through offer, against clear time-to-fill and quality-of-hire targets.

Run high-volume recruiting for Cadence's Outbound sales team, moving quickly to fill multiple concurrent openings while keeping quality and candidate experience high.

Source and engage candidates using a mix of proactive outreach, referrals, and AI-assisted sourcing tools.

Manage Greenhouse as the core recruiting system of record, maintaining accurate pipeline data, structured interview kits, and reporting for hiring leaders.

Partner with clinical operations and health leaders to define role scope, calibrate evaluation criteria, and drive consistent, defensible hiring decisions.

Screen candidates for the judgment, communication, and patient-relationship skills needed to support patients between visits, and for role-specific clinical competencies in other Health roles.

Analyze recruiting funnel data in Greenhouse to identify bottlenecks and improve time-to-fill and quality-of-hire.

Build pipelines of qualified candidates ahead of anticipated hiring needs as Cadence expands its patient population.

What You Need

3-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a focus on healthcare, care coordination, or patient-facing roles.

Demonstrated high-volume recruiting experience, ideally including sales roles, with the ability to manage many concurrent openings and fast hiring timelines.

Demonstrated ability to source passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and other sourcing platforms.

Hands-on experience managing requisitions, pipelines, and reporting in Greenhouse or a comparable applicant tracking system.

Working knowledge of care navigation, care coordination, or patient support roles and the skills required to succeed in them; exposure to other health roles is a plus.

Experience partnering directly with hiring managers to build and calibrate structured interview processes.

Comfort operating in a remote, fast-paced environment with shifting priorities across multiple concurrent searches; experience balancing high-volume and niche or hard-to-fill hiring is a plus.

Experience with Greenhouse ATS is preferred but not required.

Fluency with AI productivity tools (such as Gemini, Notion AI, or comparable platforms) and comfort applying them to sourcing, structured workflows, reporting, and process documentation.

Compensation

Our job titles may span more than one career level. Expected on-target earnings (OTE) for this role typically range between $90-110k, depending on experience, skills, seniority, and business needs. Total compensation includes base salary, variable incentive compensation, and equity as part of the overall package. Actual compensation may vary by location.
