Role summary

Casa is seeking an In-Home Onboarding Specialist to join their team in San Jose. This mobile, field-based role involves visiting member homes to conduct detailed inventories of home assets, including appliances, lighting, safety systems, and paint colors. Responsibilities include using specialized equipment and an app to create digital profiles of homes, photograph assets, perform 3D scans, and log infrastructure details. The role requires excellent communication, attention to detail, professionalism, and comfort interacting with high-end clients in private residences. A reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, and background check are mandatory. Experience in home services, logistics, or customer service is required.

About the Role

As a Home Services Specialist, you’ll play a foundational role in onboarding new members — capturing the details of their home and helping set them up for ongoing service. Your professionalism, presence, and attention to detail will directly shape the member experience.

You’ll be the friendly, polished face of Casa during onboarding visits. Together with a teammate, you’ll visit member homes to inventory appliances, lighting, safety systems, paint, and more — creating a complete digital profile of the home.

Beyond onboarding, you’ll support members with a range of home services, including package pickups, home checkups, and other household projects.

This role blends hospitality, logistics, and hands-on fieldwork. You must be comfortable interacting with high-end clients and working responsibly and discreetly inside their homes.

Key Responsibilities

Represent Casa with professionalism, courtesy, and discretion at all times
Conduct detailed, room-by-room inventories of residential homes
Use a camera to create 3D scans and floor plans
Speak with homeowners to gather context, vendors, and preferences
Handle package pickups, returns, donations, and drop-offs
Support members with general household tasks, home checkups, and other projects as needed
Travel between member homes throughout your area

Required Qualifications

Experience in one or more of the following: home services, concierge, logistics, facilities, high-end customer service, or related fields
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to follow structured workflows
Comfortable working in others’ homes with professionalism and discretion
Ability to lift and carry equipment, move through multi-level homes, and perform hands-on tasks
Must have a reliable personal vehicle, valid driver’s license, and proof of insurance
Tech-savvy: comfortable using apps, iPad, smartphone camera, Bluetooth-connected tools

Compensation & Perks
