Role summary

Beacon of Hope, a Division of Catholic Charities Community Services, is seeking a Program Manager for its 54-bed Bronx Apartment Treatment Program. This role involves overseeing program operations and ensuring compliance with Office of Mental Health regulations and internal policies. The position requires a Master's degree in a Mental Health discipline, three years of experience with mentally ill and/or substance use populations, and strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. The role is Monday-Friday, 9 AM-5 PM, with 24/7 on-call responsibilities. A license in a Mental Health discipline is preferred. Salary is up to $94,500 annually.

BRONX APARTMENT TREATMENT PROGRAM – MANAGER
Location
: 2510 Westchester Avenue, Bronx, NY 10461
Beacon of Hope (BOH), a Division of Catholic Charities Community Services, seeks a
Program Manager for its 54 bed, Bronx Apartment Treatment Program with an office on
Westchester Avenue. The Program Manager has oversight of the program’s operations and
maintains compliance with the Office of Mental Health regulatory requirements, as well as
with BOH’s Policies and Procedures.
The Program Manager works Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM, and is on-call 24/7. Salary is commensurate with experience, up to $90,000 To $94,500 annually.
Job Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in a Mental Health discipline
  • License in a Mental Health discipline preferred
  • Three years of experience working with mentally ill and/or substance use population
  • Strong leadership skills, with ability to work independently, flexibly and responsibly
  • Excellent organizational, time-management and communication skills
