Program Manager

CONTINGENT UPON CONTRACT AWARD

Location: Fort Belvoir, VA

Minimum Qualifications:

• 10 years of experience managing IT contracts focused on software development and system administration
• Experience includes:
• Task assignment and review
• Setting project pace
• Monitoring work-in-progress
• Verifying successful completion of deliverables
• Demonstrated ability to work independently in initiating, managing, executing, and reporting on tasks with minimal oversight

Education:

• Degree in Business Analytics, Project Management, Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration with 12 years of direct industry experience

OR

• Degree in one of the above fields with 14 years of experience in the same disciplines

Certifications / Clearance:

• TS/SCI clearance with SBI
• Ability to attain SI, TK, G, HCS, and NATO Secret clearances

Desired Certifications:

• CBA
• ITIL
• CGFM
• CDFM
• CCP
• CMA
• PMP
• CDP

Special Qualifications / Duties:

• Highly Desired: Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager supporting Army Military Intelligence
• Degree from an accredited institution with a strong academic reputation
