Role summary

Cintas is seeking a Training and Compliance Manager for its First Aid and Safety Division. This role is responsible for overseeing the Training and Compliance department, leading and developing a team of instructors, and managing recruitment, onboarding, and training to minimize turnover. The primary focus is to grow the Training and Compliance business, particularly classroom training courses. A valid driver's license, experience in recruiting, hiring, and training, and proficiency with Microsoft Office are required. A bachelor's degree, sales management, new B2B account development, and industrial sales experience are preferred.

Job Description

Cintas is seeking a Training and Compliance Manager. This role oversees operation of the Training and Compliance department. They lead and develop the team of Training and Compliance Instructors at assigned location(s) in the First Aid and Safety Division. They are responsible for recruiting, onboarding, and training while minimizing turnover. The focus is to grow our Training and Compliance business, especially classroom training courses.
