Role summary

ClaimSorted is an AI-native InsurTech company rebuilding the claims process for insurers and large corporates. They are seeking their first US-based Forward Deployed Engineer to shape their US engineering presence. This role involves working directly with customer stakeholders, building systems for critical operations and onboarding, delivering reporting and insights, and improving the platform based on customer needs. The tech stack includes Next.js, Node.js, GCP, Postgres, and Terraform. The ideal candidate has strong full-stack engineering experience, excellent communication skills, and is comfortable in ambiguous, high-velocity environments.

About the Role

This will be ClaimSorted’s first engineering hire in the US — a high-ownership role with the opportunity to shape our US engineering presence from day one.

Work directly with customer stakeholders, from technical teams to executives
Build systems that support critical customer operations and onboarding
Deliver reporting and insights for customers and internal teams
Improve the platform based on customer needs

Stack: Next.js, Node.js, GCP, Postgres, Terraform

Who You Are

- Strong full-stack engineering experience

- Excellent communication skills and comfortable being customer-facing

- Comfortable operating in ambiguous, high-velocity environments
