A boutique litigation firm is seeking a Civil Litigation Attorney for a remote position. This role is ideal for newly licensed or early-career attorneys eager to gain hands-on litigation experience from day one. Responsibilities include managing cases from inception to resolution, drafting legal documents, conducting discovery and depositions, developing litigation strategy, and maintaining client communication. The firm emphasizes autonomy, responsibility, and mentorship, offering a fast-paced environment for growth. California Bar admission is required.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Manage cases from inception through resolution
• Draft pleadings, motions, and concise legal briefs
• Conduct discovery, depositions, mediations, and hearings
• Develop litigation strategy and maintain direct client communication
• Work closely with partners on complex legal issues
