A boutique civil litigation firm is seeking a remote Civil Litigation Attorney. This role is ideal for newly licensed attorneys or those early in their litigation careers who are eager to gain hands-on experience from day one. Responsibilities include managing cases from inception to resolution, drafting legal documents, conducting discovery, depositions, mediations, and hearings, developing litigation strategy, and communicating directly with clients. The firm emphasizes autonomy, responsibility, and rapid professional growth, offering mentorship and clear career pathways. Candidates must be in good standing with the California Bar and possess strong writing and analytical skills.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Manage cases from inception through resolution• Draft pleadings, motions, and concise legal briefs• Conduct discovery, depositions, mediations, and hearings• Develop litigation strategy and maintain direct client communication• Work closely with partners on complex legal issues

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Depending on type of employment relationship and prior experience.
