• Doctorate in Physical Therapy
• Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of practice

• Proven leadership experience in a clinical setting preferred 

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and web-based EMR systems 

Compensation: $xK-xK + Sign On Bonus of up to $5k + weekly bonus based on patient volume up to an additional ~$8k per year, average less than 12 patients per day, and virtually unlimited CEUs!
