Role summary
Corgi, a $4 billion valued, YC-backed AI-native insurance carrier, is seeking a Founding Go-To-Market (GTM) representative for its new Columbus, Ohio office. This ground-floor opportunity involves high-volume outbound calls and outreach to startup founders, operators, and finance leaders, qualifying leads, managing CRM hygiene, and moving opportunities through the sales funnel. The role requires a competitive drive, a track record of hitting quota, strong communication skills, coachability, and comfort in a fast-paced environment. No prior insurance experience is needed, as training will be provided. This position offers uncapped commission and direct exposure to leadership.

**The Opportunity**
This is a ground-floor opportunity. You'll be a Founding GTM of Corgi's Columbus office. You’ll help shape its culture, its playbook, and its early wins. If you want the upside of startup ownership with the backing of a company that's already proven its model at scale, this is it.
**What You'll Do**
• Make high-volume outbound calls and outreach to startup founders, operators, and finance leaders.
• Qualify outbound leads and move them through the top of the sales funnel.
• Own your CRM hygiene — accurate notes, next steps, and follow-through on every deal in your pipeline.
• Partner closely with Account Executives and underwriting to hand off qualified opportunities.
• Hit and exceed weekly and monthly activity and pipeline targets.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills; you're comfortable picking up the phone and getting told "no".
• Coachability and a genuine desire to improve quickly.
• Comfort within a fast-paced, high-intensity environment.
