Role summary
Kaat’s Culligan, a 90-year-old water treatment company, seeks a Commercial and Industrial Systems Engineer to drive new business and manage existing customer relationships. Responsibilities include prospecting, lead generation, managing the sales pipeline to meet revenue goals, and developing engineered-based solutions and quotes. The role requires excellent customer communication and service skills, a valid driver's license, and a positive, self-starting attitude. Prior outside sales experience is a plus.
Salary + Commissions / Guaranteed Mature Territory / Large Customer Base / 90 Years in Business
Specific Job Duties
- Drive new business - identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, and lead generation
- Existing customers - maintain and nurture current clients and identify new opportunities
- Sales process - manage leads and sales pipeline to ensure you're meeting revenue goals
- Solutions - write and deliver engineered-based solutions and quotes
