Deployment Lead – E2E Transformation (Distributor Industry)

Seeking a
Deployment Lead
to rollout a major end‑to‑end transformation program across multiple sites within a leading distribution organization. This role will coordinate rollout activities, ensure site readiness, and support successful deployment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate site-specific deployment activities as outlined in the Deployment Playbook.
• Partner with site champions and operational leads to ensure deployment tasks are completed on schedule.
• Track readiness tasks across Business, IT, Operations, and Security.
• Ensure data migration completion, data integrity, and user access provisioning.
• Collaborate with testing teams to support test case selection and test planning.
• Coordinate site participation in test execution cycles (SIT, UAT, cutover testing).
• Provide regular and ad‑hoc deployment progress reports to the PMO and program leadership.
• Highlight risks, issues, and mitigation actions to ensure smooth rollout.
• Support go‑live, hyper care, and stabilization activities across rollout waves.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of experience in project management, with at least 3–5 years in rollout and change management.
• Strong working knowledge of Agile project management methodologies.
• Proven experience managing enterprise implementations or large-scale deployments including multi-site deployments and rollout coordination.
• Strong coordination, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Strong understanding of deployment cycles including cutover, data migration, testing, and go‑live processes.
• Ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders and drive accountability.
• Experience using Jira for task and defect tracking is a plus.
• Background in distribution, supply chain, or manufacturing is preferred.
