Role summary

Dental365 is seeking a Dental Hygienist to provide concierge-level care in a dentist-led organization. Responsibilities include reviewing medical histories, taking x-rays and intraoral images, screening for oral conditions, performing hygiene procedures, and educating patients on at-home care. The role requires an active RDH license in New York and current CPR (BLS) certification, with strong knowledge of dental hygiene practices and documentation. A $5,000 welcoming bonus is offered. SCHEDULE

  • Tuesday: 9:00 am – 6:00 pm
  • Wednesday: 9:00 am – 6:00 pm
  • Thursday: 10:00 am – 7:00 pm

    WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Deliver concierge-level care and build patient trust.
  • Review medical histories, take x-rays and intraoral images, and screen for periodontal disease and oral cancer.
  • Perform hygiene procedures per the dentist's treatment plans and respond to in-treatment emergencies.
  • Educate patients on at-home care.

    • WHAT YOU'LL NEED

  • Active RDH license in New York (plus any state-required certifications).
  • Current CPR (BLS) certification.
  • Strong knowledge of comprehensive dental hygiene, patient screening, and documentation.
