Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Remote Destination Specialist to assist clients with researching, coordinating, and organizing travel experiences. This role focuses on providing destination guidance, supporting reservations, and ensuring a seamless travel planning process.
This is an entry-level opportunity within the travel industry. Structured onboarding and ongoing training are provided. Key Responsibilities:
Research destinations, resorts, cruises, and vacation packages based on client preferences
Provide accurate information regarding accommodations, amenities, and travel requirements
Assist with coordinating and confirming travel reservations
Communicate professionally with clients regarding itinerary details and updates
Maintain organized records of client interactions and booking information
Offer follow-up support before and after travel Qualifications:
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities
Comfortable using online research tools and booking platforms
Ability to manage responsibilities independently in a remote environment
