Position Overview

• We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Vacation Planning Support Representative to assist clients with researching, coordinating, and organizing travel experiences. This fully remote role supports the vacation planning process from initial inquiry through confirmed reservations.
• This is an entry-level opportunity. No prior travel industry experience is required. Structured training and ongoing mentorship are provided. Key Responsibilities:
• Assist clients with researching destinations, resorts, cruises, and vacation packages
• Provide support during the reservation and confirmation process
• Communicate clearly with clients regarding travel details, timelines, and requirements
• Review booking information to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Maintain organized records of client preferences and itineraries
• Provide follow-up support before and after travel Qualifications:
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable using online systems and digital platforms
• Organized with strong attention to detail
• Self-motivated and able to manage responsibilities independently in a remote setting
