Role summary

Easterseals NH is seeking a Residential Program Manager for its Hooksett, NH location. This full-time role involves overseeing a residential program, managing direct care staff, and implementing program budgets. Key responsibilities include ensuring compliance with state standards and agency policies, and maintaining relationships with stakeholders like service coordinators and guardians. The position requires direct care capabilities, a flexible schedule, and participation in an on-call rotation. A Bachelor's degree in Human Services or 8 years of related experience is required, along with 2 years of experience with high-need individuals. Fiscal management and organizational skills are critical. A valid driver's license, vehicle, and insurance are also necessary.

Job Description:

We’re looking for a Residential Program Manager to join our team and provide oversight to a residential program in Hooksett, NH.
Responsibilities include:

  • Managing direct care staff
  • Implementing and monitoring program budgets
  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with service coordinators, guardians and other team members
  • Ensuring compliance with state certification/licensing standards, agency policies and contractual obligations.
  • Direct care is required and must be able to work a flexible schedule and participate in an on-call rotation.

Schedule: This is a full time, 40 hour/week position. Must be flexible to support program need.

Compensation: $29 hourly

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Services or
  • Eight (8) years related experience
  • Two years’ experience with persons with developmental and/or psychiatric disabilities with high risk/high need
  • Administrative and supervisory experience preferred
  • Fiscal management and organizational skills are critical to success in this position.
  • A valid driver's license, reliable vehicle and insurance are also required
  • Schedule: Full time, flexible schedule – may need to cover evenings/weekends as program needs.
