ENNOVI is seeking a Program Manager for its Automotive Business Segment. This role is responsible for directing new product launches and engineering changes from concept to production, ensuring quality, timing, and budget targets are met. The Program Manager will act as the central liaison between engineering, procurement, and production teams, and serve as the primary customer contact to manage risks and deliver high-quality components. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field, advanced MS Office and communication skills, and a strong understanding of the Automotive Industry, engineering principles, project management tools, and APQP/PPAP processes.

Job Summary
We are seeking a Program Manager to join our team in the Automotive Business Segment.
This role will be responsible for directing new product launches and engineering changes from concept to production, ensuring quality, timing, and budget targets are met. They serve as the central hub connecting engineering, procurement, and production teams, acting as the primary customer liaison to manage risks and deliver high-quality components.
In the Automotive Business Segment, we bring together unparalleled mechanical and electrical experience, high-precision engineering design skills, and advanced manufacturing capabilities to help realize EV solutions, including battery, power, and signal applications.
Main Responsibilities
- Responsible for all planning related to new product development with the customer, including program roadmap, goals, success metrics, and aligning with the company strategy
- Track progress against program goals, identify issues, and take corrective action
- Liaise between the customer, engineering, and production team to ensure smooth collaboration
- Manage contracts and agreements with customers
- Provide regular updates on program status, KPIs, blockers, and potential headwinds
- Partner with SMEs in various departments such as finance, engineering, production, HR, etc. to ensure the program will launch to plan or modify the plan as needed
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field
- Advanced MS Office skills
- Advanced communication and project management skills
- Advanced knowledge of the Automotive Industry
- Intermediate knowledge of Engineering principles, specifically related to mechanical and electrical engineering
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Gantt charts), knowledge of APQP/PPAP processes, strong leadership, and communication skills.
