Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Cloud Engineer. The Cloud Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing scalable cloud infrastructures. Day-to-day tasks include deploying and maintaining cloud-based applications, ensuring system reliability and security, managing databases, and troubleshooting infrastructure-related issues. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to develop and optimize cloud solutions is a key responsibility.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Cloud Computing technologies, such as AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, or similar platforms
- Experience in Software Development, including scripting, automation, and coding for cloud-based applications
- Strong knowledge of Infrastructure management, including network configurations, system monitoring, and CI/CD pipelines
- Expertise in Linux operating systems and system administration
- Familiarity with Databases, including SQL and NoSQL systems, and experience in database management
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with strong problem-solving and collaboration skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Relevant cloud certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified Azure Fundamentals) are a plus
