Key responsibilities include planning, coordinating, and managing program activities, supervising staff, monitoring progress, maintaining records, communicating with stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with company policies. Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, coordinate, and manage program activities
  • Supervise staff and ensure proper coverage and performance
  • Monitor program progress and implement improvements as needed
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation
  • Communicate effectively with team members, leadership, and stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in program management, operations, or a related field preferred
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency with basic computer applications

Schedule:

  • Monday through Friday
  • 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
