Role summary
Excel is seeking a qualified Center Director with a Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education/Child Development or related field and a Level 3 Administrative Credential. Previous childcare center administration experience is required. The role offers competitive pay ($45,000 - $65,000 USD), paid training, ongoing coaching, health benefits, paid time off, 401(k) with match, and employee childcare discounts. This position does not require nights or weekends and fosters a collaborative, supportive team environment.

Excel is currently in search of a qualified and dedicated Center Director. The ideal candidate must possess a minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education/Child Development or a related field, along with a Level 3 Administrative Credential. Previous childcare center admin experience is required.
